Storage
Item flow outside the auction: storage, mail, personal shop and face-to-face trade.

- (Verified) Expanding the personal storage or the guild basement costs 100 → 1,000 → 10,000 in turn, at most 3 times. The basement needs permission to expand.
- (Unknown) The account storage appears to be shared by the characters of one account; whether items that cannot be traded can be moved through it or by mail is unknown.
- (Estimate) The guild basement also holds karat; castle tax and profit go there.
- (Verified) A letter can carry karat and an 8-slot item attachment; “Take all” collects attachments in one go. The mail list shows 12 letters per page.
- (Unknown) How the mail commission is calculated is unknown.
- (Estimate) The mailbox is at the village entrance; a letter not opened in time returns to the sender.
- (Estimate) You cannot send a letter if the recipient's mailbox is full; the game warns you before deleting a letter with attachments.
Rewards that arrive by mail
- (Estimate) The level reward goes to the mail only if your bag is full.
- (Estimate) Online-time rewards and event items always arrive by mail.
- (Estimate) Arena win and loss rewards and the daily login reward also arrive by mail.
Personal shop checklist
Opens with the Y key; you enter a shop name and prices. Before opening:
- (Verified) You must be at least level 36.
- (Verified) It opens only in a non-PK area and while not mounted.
- (Verified) The shop has 8 slots and needs at least 1 item to open. Timed items cannot be listed.
- (Verified) Only items sellable to players can be listed; others show “This item cannot be sold.”
- (Verified) While the shop is open you cannot change channel, buy from other shops, enter unrestricted arena matches, or add or remove items.
- (Unknown) Sales seem to have a commission deducted; the amount is unknown.

Face-to-face trade
- (Verified) You cannot trade with someone from the opposing coalition.
- (Verified) If an item cannot be placed in the trade window, the other player's bag is full.
- (Verified) Equipped gear cannot be traded; unequip it first.
- (Estimate) Only items sellable to players seem to be tradable; check them on the Can I sell it? tab.
