Only Lv.22–23

The game offers this quest only while your level is in this range; once you pass it, the quest no longer appears in the NPC list.

Have you ever heard about Volantia? It is where I spent my childhood. Before the war broke out 10 years ago, I was there and it was where the best memories for me and my family occurred. Sadly, they say the place is now infested by those damn Generks. Even though Volantia is just a ruin of the old days now, I cannot see it destroyed by the stupid Generks. Please go to Old Volantia, and drive those **Generks** out of there. You can enter Old Volantia by talking to the dungeon keeper in the center of the city.

Well, how is it there? It seems that Volancia has lost all its former greatness... I can't bring this place back to life, but I still have hope that someday I will see it reborn.
