Beautiful Capes of Ventoms

Skippable · Only Lv.40–43

The game offers this quest only while your level is in this range; once you pass it, the quest no longer appears in the NPC list.

I need to ask you something. Can you bring me some capes that are worn ventoms? They may look like ordinary fabric capes, but there are a lot of superimposed on them useful spells. Gather for me the enchanted capes of Ventoms-wanderers.
