We have deserters who are dissatisfied with the meager rations. Desperate, they flee the camp. Not only are these traitors, who have forgotten about the desert warrior's code of honor, fleeing from the battlefield, they are also stealing our supplies. The other soldiers, looking at this, begin to lose heart. I ask you to return the deserters to the base.
