Only Lv.78–80

The game offers this quest only while your level is in this range; once you pass it, the quest no longer appears in the NPC list.

Scissorhands are real beasts. They carry with them a simple and heavy weapon, for which only brute force is needed. The only thing they have standing is their "helmet". In fact, it can not be called a helmet. This is a hood of chain mail, which they wear like a helmet. It is lightweight, durable and transparent. It can find many uses. Why don't you kill some **scissorhands** and get their "helmet"? It will benefit both you and me.

## Objectives

What an interesting puzzle. I wonder whose job it is? I think demons and barbarians have nothing to do with it. It's too complicated.
