Each row has two options and you can learn only one. The tables show the character level requirement, Fletta cost, resource cost, timings and effects of every level.

(Verified) Each level also needs a character level; e.g. row 2 needs Lv. 25/39/53/67/81, and skill Lv. 5 in row 6 needs character Lv. 90. (Verified)

What matters for this line in auto-hunt? (Estimate) Survival. The Rogue hits fast but is a fragile melee line. Per-hit life steal and evasion are very valuable in auto-hunt; the weapon is already fast, so attack speed is usually enough.
