By using Karos Wiki, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Effective date: 18 October 2026 · This text is published in eight languages; in case of any discrepancy between translations, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to all pages of Karos Wiki (the “site”), their Markdown versions and its programmatic access interfaces. By continuing to use the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

The site is a free, unofficial fan site run voluntarily by Snajper. There are no memberships, accounts, ads or payments. The site is not affiliated with the developer or publisher of the game (see the Legal Notice).

3. Permitted use

You may read, search and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may quote the site’s original texts to a reasonable extent, provided you name “Karos Wiki” as the source and link to the relevant page.
You may not present the site as an official source, pass off its content as your own, or copy it in bulk and republish it elsewhere.
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts its operation.

4. Automated access and AI tools

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to use the site. Instead of crawling pages in bulk (scraping), please use the documented interfaces listed in /llms.txt.

Sending requests at a volume that overloads the site, attempting to circumvent rate limits or bypassing security measures is prohibited. Please respect the content-use preferences in robots.txt; the current preferences are: Content-Signal: search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the game’s names, images, texts and other content belong to Galaxy Gate, GameXP and their licensors; these terms grant you no rights or licence to that content.

6. No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is”. There is no guarantee that the information is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, or that the site will operate without interruption or errors. Values may differ from the live game.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for direct, indirect or consequential damage (for example in-game losses) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, remains unaffected.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Changes and discontinuation

The site may be suspended or taken offline entirely at any time without prior notice. These terms may be updated; material changes are announced on the site. The current terms apply from the moment they are published on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; to the extent permitted by law, the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. Your rights under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, and any mandatory rules on jurisdiction that protect you as a consumer (such as the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence), remain unaffected.
